Returns & Exchanges
At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to generate your request.
Print Return Label
Once your return request is approved, download and print the provided prepaid shipping label or use the QR code sent to your email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
